The Life List is about letting your dreams take flight. Why is a Life List so important? Because we’re never too young or too old to keep dreaming, setting goals, and pushing ourselves forward
The ground rules of the Life List are simple. You list all the things you want to do in life and cross them off as you accomplish them. Date the items when you complete the task or activity. Do not delete any items. Creating a list of dreams is fun and easy. It is a time to just dream. But to create a list of dreams that will come true is more complex than merely writing down what you want. You should actively pursue what you want.
Glenda’s Life list
Welcome to my ginormous Life List. Some call it a bucket list, but I’m not too fond of that name. I don’t remember when I started it. I have been dreaming about doing things and going places since I was very young. I kept a notebook of the things I wanted to do. It is a never-ending work in progress, continuously being added to, updated, contemplated, and rejuvenated—much like me.
Before you even ask: Yes. I know the list is vast. Yes, it is my hope to complete everything in my lifetime. I hope sharing my Life List will inspire you to create your own cool and adventurous Life List. You can then take at least one step daily to complete the items. Or you can do as I do and Go, See, and Do things you like and, every so often, review the list, and check off what you have done. There is no wrong or right way to make a Life List or complete it.
Having this Life list has completely changed my life (for the better, of course!), and I wish the same for you. It inspires me to live my life — Go Places, See Things & Do stuff is one of my life’s Motto. I will keep my list online. So, you can see my progress. It is below
Whenever I cross an item off ( I highlight the items here) my Life List, I say TADA! It is a happy word that has a nice ring and feel. The term Tada is used to present something that is happening.
