· A scenic pontoon boat ride through the breathtaking Winter Park Chain of Lakes

Your yoga mat, an open heart, a hat that stays secure in the breeze for the boat ride, and a readiness to relax.

 

What to wear:
Comfortable, breathable clothing you can move in. We recommend yoga-friendly attire and a light jacket or cover-up in case of morning chill. Sneakers or supportive sandals are great for the nature walk.
